The University Grants Commission (UGC) has launched a scheme on skills development based higher education as part of college/university education, leading to Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) Degree with multiple exits such as Diploma/Advanced Diploma under the NSQF (National skill Qualifications framework).

Department of Vocational Studies is successfully completing its successful journey of four years in MES College, Marampally Though the inception in 2014 November was a humble one, it gained it’s momentum gradually. The programme launched by the University Grants Commission ( UGC) under the scheme on skill development based higher education.

The programme B Voc Animation & Graphic Design aim to impart possibilities to the student community to explore new careers which would make them professionally competent and successful.

All the vocational programmes are imparting a judicious mix of talents and professional education. The creative touch of B Voc Animation & Graphic Design course makes the programmes of the Department colorful and unique. The implementation of vocational aspects and contributions from experts from the field make the academics stands out from the usual traditional programmes. With the combined efforts of the management, Principal, faculties and students the Department is always conducting various programmes every year.
