The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program was launched in 2014, affiliated with MG University as a self-financing course. In 2018, the Department began functioning as a distinct entity. In June 2021, the course was renamed MA (HRM). Beyond the curriculum, the program emphasizes the holistic development of students, focusing on personality enhancement and the cultivation of managerial and HR skills. It is highly job-oriented, with over 60% of graduates securing employment each year.
